This new model has a large area to the right of the needle for more space for coverstich projects and freearm. Threading is very simple thanks to easily openable cover and colour coded threading scheme. Adjustable presser foot pressure and differential feed give opportunity to work with various fabrics.

Stitch variations: 

Chain stitch
Chain stitch is stretchier than the straight stitch, but it is not actually elastic. That’s why it is great for fabrics that tend to wrinkle.  2-thread chain stitch is great for strengthening other hems. Moreover, this stitch is perfect for temporary joining two fabrics, because it is easily unseamable.

For striking decorative effect use decorative thread (multicoloured, metallic, silk/embroidery).

3 mm and 6 mm coverstitch
These stitches are used for especially stretchy fabrics (sportswear, undergarments,  jumpers) and as a decorative element.  Coverstitch is elastic and doesn’t tear when the fabric is stretched.

3-needle coverstitch
This is the most elastic and strongest stitch of its type. It also can be used as a decorative element.
