The single-thread, chainstitch, button sewing machine, which is frequently used for sewing buttons on men’s wear and blouses under different sewing conditions. The machine is provided as standard with a “thread-fray-prevention ON/OFF changeover mechanism” to help produce beautiful seams with added durability. Stitch shape can easily be changed over between and button-hole configurations only by operating the lever. In addition, this single machine is able to sew two different kinds of buttons to save space and increase availability. The machine is able to change over the stitching The machine is able to change over the stitching mode between 2-holed and 4-holed buttons mode between 2-holed and 4-holed buttons according to any design change.

SERVO motor adds these features:

•  The machine runs quietly, the motor only works when the pedal is pressed.
• There are no adverse vibrations.
• Needle positioning (needle always stops at the highest or lowest point).
• Ability to set a desired sewing speed.
• Slow start, ensures an even speed up of the machine at the begging of the seam. This helps when sewing complicated parts since the machine is far more manageable.
• Direct drive servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Whereas older type servo motors save only up to 30%  energy.
