The Silver Reed SK280 model is the most popular and versatile among all mechanical Silver Reed models. The special design of the main carriage allows the same pattern (from the punch card) to be knitted in various knitting techniques.

The metal machine body and metal needle bed ensure durability and long-lasting performance.

The machine reads knitting patterns from punch cards. You only need to push the carriage — the machine knits the pattern automatically. The set includes 20 punch cards with different designs.

The Silver Reed SK280 knitting machine has the ability to adjust knitting density. Using a special dial located on the carriage, you can select the desired stitch density — from loose knitting that lets the breeze through, to very tight, windproof fabric.
