Ordering and delivery

Our website does not automatically request payment for your order – once you place an order, please wait until our manager reviews your message, assigns an order number, and sends you the payment details. At this stage, delivery costs will also be calculated and added (if the item does not include free delivery).

We warmly invite you to visit our showroom at Žalgirio g. 109, Vilnius.

However, if you do not have the opportunity or prefer not to spend your valuable time, you can place an order by phone at +370 (5) 2733035 and +370 (676) 86204, via email at info@siuvimostilius.lt, or by using the shopping cart feature on this website.

Your order will be thoroughly reviewed and confirmed only after we coordinate all preferences and needs with you. If needed, during the order or inquiry process, we will provide detailed consultation regarding product specifications, usefulness, quality, suitability, etc. We will also recommend purchasing any necessary accessories that may be useful in the future.

When placing an order, please be sure to provide your name, surname, delivery address, and phone number.

Cash/card upon delivery. If you wish to pay in cash/card upon delivery, an additional €2.00 fee will be applied.

Delivery Costs

• All household sewing and knitting equipment, as well as mannequins, are delivered FREE OF CHARGE throughout Lithuania.
• Delivery of other items (accessories, spare parts, attachments, etc.) starts from €3.80, depending on the weight and volume of the goods, based on current Venipak courier service rates.
• Delivery cost for industrial equipment is calculated individually.

The entire order placement and delivery process across Lithuania takes from 1 to 3 days.
