AUTOMATIC BELT LOOP ATTACHING MACHINE
The KRAFFT KF-254 is a modern automatic sewing unit designed for fast and precise attaching of belt loops on all types of garments. The machine is equipped with a special two-needle sewing head, allowing simultaneous stitching of both bar-tacks, resulting in stronger and more durable loop attachment.
Thanks to its automatic belt loop feeding system, the machine cuts the loop to a pre-set length, folds it, and feeds it directly into the sewing area. The operator only needs to position the garment, dramatically reducing production time.
The KF-254 allows attaching belt loops with standard bar-tacks or decorative stitches, and the cut ends can be straight or double-angled.
Additionally, the machine features an automatic belt loop joint detection system – when a splice or thickened section is detected, it is automatically cut off and discarded, ensuring continuous operation and flawless quality.
