TWO-THREAD BUTTON SEWING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC BUTTON FEEDER
The KRAFFT KF-438-ABF is an electronically controlled two-thread button sewing machine equipped with an automatic button feeder, designed for attaching flat buttons to garments and textile products. Using a secure lockstitch, it ensures strong button attachment with no risk of accidental unraveling.
The automatic button feeder significantly increases productivity – with a maximum feeding speed of 30 buttons per minute – and the process is precisely controlled by stepper motors. The system automatically positions buttons and rejects those that are incorrectly oriented (face-down).
The machine comes with a set of interchangeable button clamps for two-hole and four-hole buttons, allowing for quick size changes. Operation and programming are simple thanks to the intuitive touchscreen control panel.
