The top model of the 4 Series, the BERNINA 480, features an innovative sewing system and modern design. A large color touch screen, multifunction knobs, a favorite‑function button, personal program, FHS free‑hand system, integrated thread cutter, USB port — all these functions and capabilities save your time and provide countless pleasant moments while working.

The BERNINA 480 offers 250 decorative stitches, a sewing speed of 900 stitches/min, 8 LED lighting zones, a large 4.3″ color screen, and the patented “BERNINA Hook” bobbin system. You can adjust stitch length up to 6 mm, stitch width up to 9 mm, set 11 needle positions, create your own stitch combinations, and save them in the machine’s memory. Total number of operations: 994, including 11 automatic buttonholes and 5 alphabets in sewing mode.
