Warranty Repairs Available Throughout Lithuania

UAB “SIUVIMO STILIUS” provides warranty and post-warranty service and repair for all sewing equipment sold, in accordance with manufacturer standards and procedures, and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

You can be confident that in the event of a malfunction, your purchased equipment will be repaired promptly and professionally!

Warranty periods depend on the type of equipment:

Household equipment – 24 to 36 months (depending on the model)
Industrial equipment – 6 to 12 months (depending on the model)

Have you purchased sewing equipment from UAB “SIUVIMO STILIUS” but are not located in Vilnius? In that case, please contact us by phone and report the warranty issue. We will collect, repair, and return your equipment at no additional cost. Shipping for warranty repairs from anywhere in Lithuania is completely free! We will arrange a courier to pick up your equipment and deliver it to us. After the repair, we will return it to you via courier service at our expense. You only need to ensure the machine is properly packaged. This entire process typically takes about 2–4 days.

All warranty terms are outlined in the warranty certificate, but please note:

If you are able to visit us, you may bring in your equipment even if the issue is simply a jammed thread in the shuttle or difficulty achieving the desired stitch quality.
You are always welcome to contact us if you are struggling with your sewing equipment or have questions about its operation.

Warranty does not apply to:

Threaders
Needles
Mechanical damage to the equipment
Spool holders

Before submitting your sewing equipment for warranty repair, we recommend checking:

Whether the threads are correctly threaded
Whether the needle is properly installed
Whether the needle is bent or dull

When delivering a sewing machine or overlocker for warranty repair, be sure to include the foot pedal (speed controller) and the warranty certificate.
