Simply place the thread into the slot at the front of the tool. Rotate the tool so that the triangle on the handle points directly at the needle. Press the tool gently against the needle at the eye. Push until the tongue and thread pass through the eye. Hook the formed loop with the tip of the tool and pull the thread through.
