ELECTRONIC BUTTONHOLE SEWING MACHINE WITH DIRECT DRIVE
The KRAFFT KF-1790 is an advanced electronic industrial buttonhole machine equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor integrated directly into the machine head (Direct Drive). This solution ensures smooth, quiet, and precise operation while reducing overall energy consumption.
The machine features a programmable active thread tension control system, allowing automatic tension adjustment during parallel sewing or bartacking to achieve perfectly shaped buttonholes.
The KF-1790 supports double-cycle buttonhole sewing with gimp thread, which guarantees the highest stitch quality, especially on stretchable fabrics such as knits. Thanks to the multi-drop knife mechanism, there is no need to replace the knife when changing the buttonhole size.
Its closed lubrication system delivers oil only to the hook, eliminating the risk of fabric staining. The machine is powered by five precision stepper motors and uses a unique electronic thread clamp mechanism with electromagnetic tension adjustment to precisely control thread tension differences between the parallel section and bartacks of the buttonhole.
All parameters and sewing programs are easily set via a user-friendly touchscreen panel, and the built-in LED work area light ensures excellent visibility.
