The KRAFFT KF-2210GT-02A VELCRO is a state-of-the-art automatic sewing unit designed for precise sewing of velcro tapes directly from the roll. Thanks to its computer-controlled tape feeder, the machine automatically cuts the tape to the programmed length and guides it into the sewing area – eliminating the need for pre-cutting, significantly reducing production time.
The improved clamping system allows sewing closer to the tape edge. It is possible to stitch the tape around its perimeter, along parallel edges, or in an envelope pattern. The tape feeder is equipped with interchangeable knives, allowing straight cuts, curved cuts, or rounded corners (optional).
The machine features two easy-to-read control panels – one for tape feeding management and one for programming stitch patterns and sewing parameters, such as stitch length and sewing speed. Its intuitive interface allows for fast and convenient setup of all functions.
