The KF-3065 is a modern sewing automation system designed for precise folding and bartacking of strap, elastic, and tape ends. Thanks to its specialized feeding mechanism, the strap end is automatically folded to the preset length and fed into the sewing area.
The machine allows various folding options – single, double, or triple folds – and bartacking in different stitch patterns, including straight lockstitch or zig-zag.
By automating the process, production efficiency can be increased by up to 200% compared to manual folding and bartacking. Operation and programming are handled via a clear touch-screen control panel, allowing quick adjustment of folding type and stitch pattern.
