KRAFFT KF-3900-T
INDUSTRIAL PILLOW QUILTING MACHINE
The KRAFFT KF-3900-T is a specialized industrial quilting machine designed for sewing pillows of various thicknesses and shapes. The machine allows stitching of very thick and fluffy pillows thanks to its pneumatically lifted front head section and extra-high presser foot lift of 117 mm.
The 28 cm distance from the needle to the machine body provides a generous working area, making it easier to handle large pillow panels. The specially designed presser foot clamping mechanism increases the working space and ensures precise stitching, even on bulky or difficult-to-sew materials.
KEY FEATURES:
- Pneumatic presser foot lift – perfect for working with thick pillows
- Electronic needle thread tension control – consistent and high-quality stitching
- Direct-Drive servo motor – energy-efficient, mounted directly on the main shaft
- Custom stitch patterns – up to 200 patterns with up to 20,000 stitches per pattern
- Easy pattern upload – via USB connection
- LED work area illumination – comfortable operation even in low-light conditions
The machine also allows the design and execution of decorative tacks (bartacks), making it an excellent solution for the production of both decorative and functional pillows.
The machine requires connection to a compressed air supply.
