ELECTRONIC 1-NEEDLE, 2-THREAD BUTTONHOLE MACHINE WITH DIRECT DRIVE
The KRAFFT KF-9820-01 is a modern, fully automatic garment buttonhole machine designed for precise sewing of buttonholes on light- to medium-weight fabrics. Equipped with an energy-efficient Direct Drive servo motor built into the head and stepper motors for each mechanism, the KF-9820-01 delivers outstanding sewing accuracy, smooth operation, and easy adaptability to different buttonhole styles and materials.
This machine sews both keyhole and straight buttonholes, with the option of pre- or post-cutting, and with parallel or cross bar tacks – or without tacking at all. The programmable control panel allows you to easily set buttonhole length, stitch width, cutting method, and sewing speed, as well as to create automated cycles for multiple types of buttonholes without moving the machine.
The long-head design allows longitudinal sewing of buttonholes on long garment components, making it suitable for both short-run production and mass manufacturing. Optionally, the KF-9820-01 can sew round buttonholes in diameters of 3 mm, 4 mm, or 5 mm, adding even more versatility.
