AUTOMATIC 1-NEEDLE BUTTONHOLE MACHINE WITH INDEXER
The KRAFFT KF-9820/INDEXER is an advanced, fully automatic 1-needle, 2-thread garment buttonhole machine, with the option of adding a third reinforcing thread (gimp).
Equipped with a precision indexer, it allows the automatic sewing of up to 6 buttonholes in a single cycle, significantly increasing productivity in garment manufacturing.
Its energy-efficient servo motor (built into the head) and high-precision stepper motors ensure smooth, stable and highly accurate stitching. The KF-9820/INDEXER can sew buttonholes with or without eyelets, with pre- or post-cutting, with bar tacks (parallel or cross) or without.
The integrated indexer makes it possible to sew multiple evenly spaced buttonholes automatically – ideal for trouser flies, sleeve buttonholes on jackets, or short production runs with frequent style changes. All buttonhole parameters – type, size, cutting method, stitch width – can be programmed easily via the intuitive control panel.
The machine also supports cyclic programming of different buttonhole types, allowing operators to sew a sequence of various buttonholes without manual adjustments. The head design allows longitudinal buttonhole stitching for long garment components.
