RB-0618-D4 is an industrial lockstitch machine for heavy fabrics with an integrated direct drive servo motor, top (walking foot), needle and bottom feed, automatic needle positioning and LED lighting.  It is perfect for sewing heavy materials, upholstery, leather, denim, car seats, tent-cloth, handbags and many more.

Automatic thread trimming, needle positioning system, bar tacking and presser foot lifting ensures a smooth and fast work for every user including small tailor shops and large factories. All these features decrease manufacturing time up to 40%.

Larger hook and triple feed (walking foot, needle feed and feed dog) ensure perfect fabric feed and even stitching. The machine has an automatic lubrication system which keeps it running smoothly.

Built-in servo motor makes the machine extra silent, vibration-free and responsive therefore the sewing becomes smoother.  Also, it cuts down the electrical bills. The motor is integrated so there is no belt (direct drive system).

SERVO motor adds these features:

•  The machine runs quietly, the motor only works when the pedal is pressed.
• There are no adverse vibrations.
• Needle positioning (needle always stops at the highest or lowest point).
• Ability to set a desired sewing speed.
• Slow start, ensures an even speed up of the machine at the begging of the seam. This helps when sewing complicated parts since the machine is far more manageable.
• Direct drive servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Whereas older type servo motors save only up to 30%  energy.

The machine comes with a table, completely assembled and ready for work.
