RUBINA RB-2263 is designed for sewing heavy fabrics that are difficult to transport, leather products, thick jackets, denim products, as well as furniture manufacturing and car interiors.
The machine is equipped with an enlarged capacity shuttle and triple fabric feed – lower transporter, needle transporter, and walking foot. These features ensure excellent fabric feeding and stitch length stability. The automatic lubrication system guarantees smooth operation, while the integrated servo motor ensures easy and quiet machine start-up, smooth sewing adjustment, and energy savings.
Advantages of the servo motor:
- The machine operates very quietly, and the motor starts only when the pedal is pressed.
- No unwanted vibration effect.
- Needle positioning (the needle always stops at the upper or lower point, as selected).
- Convenient sewing speed setting.
- Slow start – the machine starts sewing very gently and does not have a jump effect. This makes sewing complex details easier, as the machine is much easier to control.
- The built-in D/D servo motor can save 60-75% of energy consumption, while older types of servo motors only offer up to 30% lower energy consumption.
