Rubina RB-700B – industrial 3,4-thread overlock with integrated servo motor 550W, needle positioning system and LED light.

Rubina RB-700B is well-built, easy to use, works quietly and has high sewing speed. Stitch length, presser foot pressure and thread tension are simple to control. This machine makes perfect stitches on both lightweight and heavy fabrics.  RUBINA RB-700B is ideal for making various products such as T-shirts, suits, jeans and others from denim, lightweight and heavy, knitted and stretchy fabrics.

Built-in servo motor makes the machine extra silent, vibration-free and responsive therefore the sewing becomes smoother.  Also, it cuts down the electrical bills. The motor is integrated so there is no belt (direct drive system).

SERVO motor adds these features:

•  The machine runs quietly, the motor only works when the pedal is pressed.
• There are no adverse vibrations.
• Needle positioning (needle always stops at the highest or lowest point).
• Ability to set a desired sewing speed.
• Slow start, ensures an even speed up of the machine at the begging of the seam. This helps when sewing complicated parts since the machine is far more manageable.
• Direct drive servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Whereas older type servo motors save only up to 30%  energy.
