Easy fabric hooping – with the new Easy Hoop Tightening System! Center the fabric and insert the inner hoop with the lever fully released. Tighten the lever halfway to secure the hoop enough for final fabric tension adjustments, then turn the lever fully to tighten the hoop completely.
