A fully programmable machine allows performing various types of buttonholes and bar tacks. It works perfectly with different fabrics. The machine is designed for sewing straight and decorative buttonholes and bar tacks (6 standard buttonholes, 24 decorative ones). The electronically controlled knife allows cutting buttonholes of any length without changing the knife. The machine is equipped with an electronic thread break detector. The control panel features a touch screen, making it easy to select the desired buttonhole and its parameters. The machine’s memory integrates 30 buttonhole templates, and up to 99 buttonhole templates can be uploaded without the help of a technician.

Thanks to the integrated servo motor, the machine has many advantages. It operates very quietly, and the motor activates only when the pedal is pressed. Higher comfort for the operator: reduced noise levels, no vibration effect, and a needle positioning function.

Thread tension can be set via the control panel for different parameters (fabric, speed, buttonhole template), and the tension data is saved. This ensures that the stitches are always precise and neat and helps prevent thread breakage.

Data selection and setup are performed via the control panel. The LCD screen displays different data, such as the buttonhole template and its execution parameters. This significantly simplifies parameter selection and machine operation.

Cycle Sewing – Ideal Sewing Quality
A major advantage of this buttonhole machine is its ability to sew in cycles. With the help of an additional presser frame, you can perform a cycle of multiple buttonholes without lifting the presser frame. The machine can save up to 20 programs, each storing up to 6 different buttonhole templates.

Easy Operation, Precise Positioning
The presser frame is raised by pressing the pedal. Then, a stepper motor gently lifts the presser frame, allowing very precise height adjustment as needed. This function greatly improves the accuracy of product positioning.
